Premier Ciel is a seven-piece ensemble that has been performing faithful and powerful renditions of Harmonium's music on Quebec stages for nearly twenty-five years. The group has been recognized by Serge Fiori himself, lending its interpretations a special authenticity.
The show features Maude Locat, daughter of Harmonium member Serge Locat, and Julie Valois, daughter of Louis Valois and Monique Fauteux, sharing the stage with their Premier Ciel bandmates. Their intimate family connection to the original music gives the performance a deeply personal dimension.
The programme includes emblematic songs, archival materials, projections, and atmospheric lighting. Excerpts from Harmonium's album L'Heptade are among the highlights. Taking place fifty years after Harmonium's final concert, the evening is conceived as a rare journey guided by memory and music.
The performance is on Friday, March 19, 2027, at 20:00 on the Grande Salle stage at Salle Pauline-Julien.
