Mario Introia returns with the third chapter of his documentary series dedicated to Italy, his native country. This cine-conference takes audiences on a contemplative journey through some of Italy's lesser-known yet breathtaking landscapes.
The programme begins in Puglia, a sun-drenched region nestled between two seas with a layered and remarkable history. It then moves inland to Umbria, described as Italy's quiet secret โ a place where nature feels vivid and alive. The journey concludes high in the Dolomites, a dramatic world of lakes, torrents, ancient forests and suspended villages that speak of both ruggedness and fragility.
Introia's approach is that of a sensitive explorer, seeking to restore a voice to an interior, deeply human Italy where past and present converge in a shared story of beauty, craftsmanship and memory.
This is the third instalment following Bella Italia and Splendeurs de l'Italie (available in the Grands Explorateurs Signature collection). The event takes place at the Grande Salle of Salle Pauline-Julien at 19:30.
