The association Acanthe, affiliated with the master's programme in Heritage Promotion and Mediation at the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, presents an ancient mosaic workshop at the Henri-Prades museum within the Lattara archaeological site on 19 and 20 September 2026 (10:30–11:15), as part of the 43rd edition of the European Heritage Days.
The session begins with a short introductory presentation accessible to participants aged 8 and over, followed by a hands-on activity in which each participant reproduces a simple mosaic pattern inspired by historical models.
Participants leave with their own completed mosaic creation. The activity is designed to be both educational and convivial.
