Sissels Jul 26 is a Christmas concert by Norwegian singer Sissel, a classical crossover artist whose festive programme has long been a favourite. This edition takes place at Operaen in Copenhagen on 15 December 2026, and it is an evening built around Christmas music, sung in her warm and recognisable voice.
What kind of evening it is
This is a concert rather than a stage production or a tour stop tied to a new album. The description promises an evening of festive music, so visitors should expect a seasonal programme performed live. For anyone who knows Sissel's work, it is a chance to hear her Christmas repertoire in person; for newcomers, it offers a concentrated introduction to a singer who moves between classical and popular song.
The venue
The concert is held at Operaen, the opera house in Copenhagen. A visit suits those who enjoy a formal concert hall setting and want to combine the performance with an evening out in the city. Copenhagen's centre is easy to reach on foot or by public transport, so it is simple to plan dinner or a walk before or after the show.
