Danmarks Underholdningsorkester fills DR Koncerthuset's Koncertsalen with a tribute to Kim Larsen, one of Denmark's greatest songwriters and cultural personalities. Joining the orchestra are four acclaimed Danish vocalists: Jesper Binzer (of D-A-D), Sofie Dopha, Mathias Ranch, and Caroline Henderson, who together breathe new life into Larsen's iconic repertoire.
The programme spans Larsen's entire career — from the legendary 1973 debut LP 'Værsgo' to the 1980s classics 'Midt Om Natten' and 'Forklædt Som Voksen', through nearly 25 years of critically lauded work alongside Kjukken. The evening covers a uniquely broad sweep of Danish music history.
