Venezuelan producer Luis Garbán performs under his Safety Trance alias at ALICE, delivering a multisensory experience combining deconstructed Latin club music with boundary-pushing visuals. Safety Trance draws on Venezuelan raptor house, dembow, Memphis rap and witch house to reimagine the DNA of reggaeton into a hypnotic and high-intensity dancefloor sound.
The set celebrates his debut album sacrificio, released in spring 2026, which features an extraordinary cast of collaborators including Arca, Eartheater, Sega Bodega, Six Sex, Lua de Santana, nusar3000, Kinara and Meth Math.
Garbán is also known for his project Cardopusher, a prominent figure in the warehouse scene combining industrial sounds and hard-hitting techno, and has been a key voice in the neoperreo movement — a DIY, inclusive counterpoint to commercial reggaeton that carries particular cultural weight in Venezuela.
