À corps & vins is an immersive experience created by CAPAS in partnership with the CCOIM. The evening begins at 18:00 with aperitifs and small bites before moving into the main programme.
Guided by a Quebec sommelier and four dance performers, guests explore a unique dialogue between wine and movement. Each glass served throughout the evening is paired with a corresponding choreographic sequence, creating an experience that engages both the palate and the eye. The audience participates by tasting, watching and letting themselves be transported — no dancing required.
