As part of the European Heritage Days, the Urban V tower of Montpellier's Cathédrale Saint-Pierre is open for an exceptional guided visit on Saturday 19 September 2026 from 14:30 to 16:00.
Access is via a staircase of 204 steps. Entry is granted in order of arrival, with groups limited to 18 people at a time. The visit is subject to cancellation in the event of rain, storm or extreme heat.
Access is not permitted for children under 12 years old, pregnant women, or people with heart conditions.
