Considered one of the last true American troubadours, Todd Day Wait has travelled from Missouri to California, through New Orleans and on to Nashville, performing everywhere from street corners to European castle stages and Nashville honky-tonk dance floors. In 2009 he loaded all his possessions into a vegetable-oil-powered diesel bus and set off on a seemingly endless tour.
His songs have reached millions of listeners via platforms such as GemsOnVHS and WesternAF. Drawing inspiration from Jimmie Rodgers, Willie Nelson, Wynn Stewart and Kris Kristofferson, he crafts his own timeless take on country music.
