Joan As Police Woman marks two decades since the release of her debut album "Real Life" with a special anniversary tour, stopping at DR Koncerthuset's Studie 2 for an exclusive trio concert.
The performance features the complete "Real Life" album played from start to finish, accompanied by her band. The set also includes carefully selected highlights from her extensive back catalogue, fan favourites, rare tracks, reimagined covers and a number of surprises.
Joan has described "Real Life" as the album that opened the door to her life as a solo artist, and reflects on the twenty years since: "The album Real Life holds the key to my whole life. At the time I felt compelled to get it all into one record because I couldn't imagine a world where I'd make another. Now twenty years later (and twelve albums into my career) the dream continues to unfold."
