ELBA — the project of Danish artist and songwriter Ellen Bathum — closes out the concert year at Spillestedet Stengade on December 5, 2026. Known for her contrasting indie-pop sound built on strong vocals, raw and sensitive lyrics, and productions that blend electronic and organic elements, she has previously earned airplay on DR P3, P4 and P6 BEAT and sync placements in German Amazon Prime film 'Un/Dressed' (2024) and cinema film 'MIRA' (2025).
This show comes as ELBA opens a new creative chapter: for the first time she is releasing music in Danish. Her debut Danish single 'bombesikker' is currently in rotation on P4, ahead of her first Danish-language album 'tjære & glimmer', released September 25, 2026. The late-2026 and early-2027 tour takes this new material to Danish venues.
Her 2023 English-language debut album 'Teardrops & Blind Spots' was praised by DR P3's Ena Cosovic as 'a completely fantastic album'. Live, she has performed at Roskilde Festival, Smukfest and SPOT Festival, earning 4–5 star reviews in GAFFA.
