Plant is an experimental duo bringing together Éric Normand and Jim Denley in a practice rooted in total improvisation. Their approach is simultaneously playful, radical, and uncompromising, embracing loss of control and the unknown as creative forces.
Their technical setup is intentionally minimal: a plant and an amplifier serve as the core elements, around which objects, conventional instruments, and even fruit are drawn into the sonic environment. The result is music that oscillates between fragility and striking intensity.
