Passi Live Band headlines this hip-hop evening at Victoire 2 in Montpellier, with support from local rapper Tanis. The show takes place in the Grande Salle (standing) on Saturday 31 October 2026, doors and performance from 20:00.
Passi is one of the founding figures of French rap: born in 1972 in Brazzaville, Congo, he grew up in Sarcelles, France, and co-founded the pioneering group A.M.E.R. in 1987. His solo breakthrough came with Les Tentations (1997), a gold-selling album, and he went on to create the Secteur Ä collective and the internationally acclaimed Bisso Na Bisso. In 2026, he releases Bande Originale, an album bringing together several generations of French and African rap.
Opening the night is Tanis, a Montpellier-based rapper known for sharp flows and raw, introspective lyrics. He built his live reputation on the regional circuit before releasing his EP Enfant Roi in December 2025, a project that won over both hip-hop purists and new listeners.
Tickets are available through the Victoire 2 ticketing platform.
