The Ligue Nationale d'Improvisation (LNI) takes its celebrated improv match format on the road for this touring edition. Now in its 45th year, the LNI brings the unique spectacle of theatrical improvisation played out under hockey-inspired staging and rules.
The format alternates between two configurations: "LNI vs. LNI" (two teams of two players facing off) or "LNI vs. a local team" (two teams of four players). Either way, the audience votes on the winner after each improvisation.
Expect spontaneity, humour, emotion and surprise from these masters of the theatrical art form — and, as always, expect the unexpected.
