French-Iranian percussionist, composer, and producer Cinna Peyghamy arrives at ALICE in Copenhagen's Nรธrrebro neighbourhood on 1 September 2026. Drawing on the classical Persian tombak alongside modular synthesizers and self-built instruments, he crafts a living dialogue between tactile acoustic percussion and electronic sound โ moving from techno-like sequences and cosmic soundscapes to ethereal melodies.
Since his debut album Gamut (2017), Peyghamy has become a key figure in the Paris experimental music scene, with roots in noise, improvisation, and DIY instrument-making. His latest album is released on Nicolas Jaar's acclaimed label Other People, and the ALICE concert presents material from that release.
Known for physically immersive and consciousness-expanding performances, this is a rare opportunity to experience one of the experimental scene's most distinctive voices live.
